Hi, I'm Saisha!

How did I get here?

I started SEI Management shortly after noticing how many business owners spent a great majority of their time on administrative tasks. Most times it would take up half of their day. And well… that’s just not fair!

SEI Management really began after years of listening to business owners talk about how heavy things felt behind the scenes. So much of their time was being spent on administrative work, tracking details, managing clients, and putting out fires that there was very little space left to actually think, create, or grow. In many cases, it was taking up most of their day.

And honestly, that never sat right with me.

Before becoming an Online Business Manager, I worked in corporate management, including within a Fortune 500 organization. What stood out to me most during that time was how much support strong systems provided. There were clear processes in place that trained people well, created accountability, and made it easier for teams to do their jobs confidently. Those systems also ensured that clients had a consistent, thoughtful experience from their very first interaction all the way through the end.

At the same time, I was watching people around me struggle in their own businesses. Talented, skilled business owners who were incredible at what they did, but felt overwhelmed trying to keep track of invoices, manage client communication, or feel confident about hiring and supporting a team. They were doing their best, working long hours, and still feeling like everything depended on them holding it all together.

That combination stayed with me.

I knew how powerful systems could be when they were set up intentionally, and I also knew how difficult it was to build them when you were already wearing so many hats. Most business owners do not start their businesses because they love creating workflows or documenting processes. They start because they are passionate about their work.

So I decided to focus on helping business owners build systems and processes that truly support them and their teams. Systems that create clarity, consistency, and confidence. Systems that allow them to work smarter, not harder, while also providing an exceptional experience for their clients.

That is what led me to the work I do today.

A Little More About Me

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, where I was also a student athlete on the Track and Field and Cross Country teams. I later earned my master’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

I’m a Michigan native, and my husband and I are raising our two remarkable children alongside our cockapoo. We enjoy running 5K races together, exploring new places, and trying great food whenever we can.

Those experiences remind me daily why building a business that supports real life matters so much.
