How did I get here?

I started SEI Management after noticing something that kept coming up over and over again... Business owners were spending a huge portion of their day on administrative work.

Following up with leads. Managing client communication. Keeping track of invoices. Answering emails. Trying to remember where they saved that one document. Most times, it was taking up nearly half of their day.

And well...that's just not fair.

Because the people I was talking to didn't start their businesses because they dreamed of creating workflows or documenting processes. They started because they were passionate about the work they do. That realization stayed with me.

Before starting SEI Management, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership, including within a Fortune 500 organization. One of the things I appreciated most was seeing what happened when strong systems were in place.

People knew what to do. Teams worked with confidence. Clients had a consistent experience. There was structure behind the scenes that allowed everyone to focus on doing their best work.

At the very same time, I was watching incredibly talented entrepreneurs experience something completely different. They were amazing at what they did.
But behind the scenes?
Everything depended on them.If they weren't answering the email...
Following up with the lead...
Sending the invoice...
Remembering the deadline...
Things simply didn't move.
That stuck with me.

I knew how powerful thoughtfully designed systems could be, but I also knew how difficult they were to build when you were already wearing every hat in the business.

So I decided to do something about it.

Today, I help service based business owners cure the behind the scenes chaos by designing customized systems, processes, and client experiences that truly support the way they want to work.

Because I believe your business should support you, not constantly rely on you to hold everything together.

A Little More About Me

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, where I was also a student athlete on the Track and Field and Cross Country teams. I later earned my master’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

I’m a Michigan native, and my husband and I are raising our two remarkable children alongside our cockapoo. We enjoy running 5K races together, exploring new places, and trying great food whenever we can.

Those experiences remind me daily why building a business that supports real life matters so much.
